Bliss
I get back into town late Wednesday afternoon and Miles comes over almost immediately. We laughed until we hurt and walked at night to get food even though we both had our cars. It reminded me a lot of last summer and I got excited thinking about the next one coming up. It’ll be a good one, I just know it.
At 10 A.M. this morning, I got a call and was a little irritated to be woken up....

My dad left my brothers and I on November 12, 2011. He lives in Guam now. That’s 22+ hours away. Remarried with two kids. I talk to him once a month, if I’m lucky.
My mom lives with my step-dad two hours away. I take care of my little brother, the house, and myself at my mom’s little apartment here in Sac. My aunt lives with us and I’m lucky that she does. She really helps...
My little brother always has the coolest pencils.
I just buy those shitty $1 giant packs. Whenever he leaves his cool mechanical pencils with the extra grip on the table, I steal it.
